PRIVATE CLASSES
Private classes are an excellent way to workout with friends, who doesn’t love that? Consistency is key and it is a lot easier to stay consistent when friends are with you. Up to 7 in a class.
REFORMER/TOWER CLASSES
Classes are a great option if you are familiar with the reformer and looking for a challenging workout. We will incorporate abs, ass and arms in more advanced moves as well as personalized stretches on the reformer. With the max being 4-7 people in class, we maintain the focus and attention to detail that Pilates is founded on.
